Every item is guaranteed against any faults in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right. Just send the item to us, and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you – including all shipping fees. We are confident in our craftsmanship, and you can be too.

This warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
Please keep in mind that the natural marks and discoloration that occur over time, often called patina, are not considered defects. These unique characteristics tell the story of your item and are a part of its heirloom quality.

THE STITCHING: SEWN PURELY BY HAND

All our products are sewn entirely by hand using the traditional “saddle-stitch” method, a technique that machines cannot replicate. We use legendary threads like Ritza 25 and Vinymo MBT—both are thick, braided polyesters, waxed for extreme durability, and considered the gold standard for hand-sewing. This traditional process guarantees that the seams on your wallet will never unravel or come apart.
